CROSSFIRE-FORE INC. ("we," "us," or "our") built Hit Track Pro as a privacy-first application. This Privacy Policy explains how Hit Track Pro handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Hit Track Pro is designed so that your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to any server.

Information We Collect

Hit Track Pro does not collect any personal information. The app does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any other identifying information to use it.

The only data that exists within Hit Track Pro is the content you create, such as team rosters, player names, and hit-tracking records. This data is created by you and stored entirely on your device.

Data Storage

All data you create in Hit Track Pro is stored locally on your device using your browser's built-in storage mechanisms (localStorage and IndexedDB). Your data is never transmitted to any external server owned or operated by us.

• Your hitting data, player rosters, and team information remain on your device.
• Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app may permanently remove your saved information.
• You may export your data as .hitdata files at any time for backup purposes.
• The web version of Hit Track Pro uses a service worker solely for offline caching to allow the app to function without an internet connection. The service worker does not collect or transmit any data.

iCloud Sync

The iOS version of Hit Track Pro uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore) to sync your app data across your own Apple devices that are signed in to the same iCloud account.

• This sync occurs entirely through Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
• We do not have access to your iCloud data. The data is synced directly between your devices via your iCloud account.
• You can disable iCloud sync for Hit Track Pro through your device's iCloud settings.
• No data is sent to CROSSFIRE-FORE INC. servers as part of this sync process.

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any third parties. Since all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, there is no data for us to share.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not provide your data to advertisers.
• We do not share your data with data brokers or other third-party services.
• The only way your data leaves your device is if you choose to export it yourself.

Analytics & Tracking

Hit Track Pro does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. Specifically:

• We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.
• We do not use any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar tools).
• We do not track your usage behavior, session duration, or interactions within the app.
• We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data.
• We do not display advertisements of any kind.

Children's Privacy

Hit Track Pro does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the app does not collect personal data and all information is stored locally on the user's device, the app is safe for use by individuals of all ages. No special parental consent is required because no data is collected or transmitted.
