About Hit Track Pro

Hit Track Pro is a baseball and softball hit-tracking app designed to help coaches, players, and parents record hit locations on a spray chart, manage multiple teams and players, and analyze hitting statistics over time. Available on iOS and the web, Hit Track Pro makes it easy to visualize performance and generate professional PDF reports.

How to Use

Track Hits: Tap on the field diagram to record where each hit lands. Select the hit type (single, double, triple, home run, or out) to categorize each at-bat.
Manage Players: Add players to your roster from the Settings tab. Switch between players to track individual spray charts and statistics.
Manage Teams: Create and switch between multiple teams to keep your data organized across different seasons or leagues.
View Results: Use the Results tab to see spray charts, hitting breakdowns, and statistics for each player and team.
Export PDF Reports: Generate professional PDF reports of player spray charts and stats to share with coaches or keep for your records.
Dark Mode: Toggle dark mode from the Settings tab for comfortable use in any lighting condition.

Data Storage

All data in Hit Track Pro is stored locally on your device using your browser's built-in storage (IndexedDB). Your hitting data, player rosters, and team information never leave your device and are not transmitted to any external server. This means your data is private by default. However, because data is stored locally, clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app may remove your saved information. We recommend exporting PDF reports regularly to preserve your records.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a new player?

Navigate to the Settings tab and look for the player management section. Tap "Add Player" to create a new player on your roster. You can enter the player's name and number, and they will immediately be available for hit tracking.

How do I export my data as a PDF?

Go to the Results tab, select the player whose data you want to export, and tap the PDF export button. A professional report with the player's spray chart and statistics will be generated that you can save or share.

Is my data private?

Yes. All data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to any server. Hit Track Pro does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data.

Can I use Hit Track Pro on multiple devices?

Hit Track Pro is available on iOS and as a web app at hittrack.my-threat.com. Since data is stored locally on each device, data does not automatically sync between devices. Use the PDF export feature to share records across devices.
